Soup spring
Very simple soup. The greens will suit any, available. Pictures little, simply because there is nothing to photograph, everything is clear :). For the basics, you can use any broth, I have a little broth from lamb bones left over from the barbecue.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    2.5 l

  • Nettle

  • Greens

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

  • Sour cream

Cooking

Chop the greens, onions and tomatoes

Nettle rinse well in cold water and pour boiling water for 10-15 minutes

In the boiling broth add potatoes, diced, greens, vegetables and nettles

If desired, season with salt and pepper, cook 15-20 minutes. The soup is ready.

Before serving, add the egg and sour cream
