Description
Before the meal is always appropriate to welcome guests small appetizers that pair well with cocktails and aperitif drinks. I offer you a snack: like normal olives, but special served with spices and zest. It is very tasty. Can be made in advance: the more there are such olives, the tastier it becomes.

Fennel

Peppers red hot chilli
0.5 tsp

Coriander
0.5 tsp

Zira
0.5 tsp

Green olives
2 cup
Cooking
Cut 3 strips of lemon peel and squeeze 1 tablespoon juice.
Cut 3 strips of orange peel and squeeze 2 tablespoons juice.
Mix zest, juice, spices and olive oil.
Add the olives and stir.
To clean the jar. Before filing on the table to keep in the fridge.
