Cooking
Onion cut into half rings, garlic plates
Mushrooms (I used champignons), cut into small pieces
Fry onion, garlic in olive oil. Add chopped mushrooms, dill, salt, pepper and fry for a few minutes. Add chicken liver and fry all together for 3-4 minutes.
Loaf to slice and toast. Eggs lightly whisk and add to liver with mushrooms, mix well. As soon as the egg solidifies, remove from heat. Eggs to spread on toast, sprinkle with herbs
