Cooking

step-0
Cold butter chop with flour, add salt and 2 teaspoon of wasabi powder, if the powder is very strong, add less.
step-1
Then add the chopped sheet of nori.
step-2
Add the egg, knead the dough.
step-3
Roll the dough into a ball, and can be in the cylinder, put into the refrigerator for a few hours.
step-4
Then I cut thin slices of the dough (so the cylinder) and placed in molds for tartlets.
step-5
You can bake with a load from above, I have many tins and I baked the dough between the two molds.
step-6
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then remove the cargo and bake for another 5 mins I got 13 small tartlets.
step-7
Garlic to chop, slightly to fry in olive oil, add the shrimp. If shrimp are frozen, it is desirable before it is well dry. Add finely chopped greens, mix well, remove from heat.
step-8
I used 2 kinds of Philadelphia, plain and with herbs. Knead until smooth.
step-9
Add the wasabi powder.
step-10
Add the soy sauce, stir until smooth.
step-11
Fish cut into small pieces. Avocado peel, also cut into thin slices, which pour lemon juice not to dark
step-12
Further the tartlet spread 1-2 teaspoon of butter cream on top of the pieces of fish, shrimp and avocado. All done!!!
