Cooking
In advance will take care of the gelatin: in a Cup pour hot water and sprinkle with gelatin powder and let stand...
Put the cake in the split shape, an extra biscuit come in handy later.
Whisk cottage cheese, mascarpone and sour cream, then the melted gelatin and blend again...
Put the grapes (halved and lengthwise) on the cake.
On top lay the part of the whipped mass and cut our remaining biscuit.
And again weight, remove for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator before full hardening.
Then decorate the top of cake and pour grape jello (cook according to instructions), remove a further 1 hour in the cold.
