Do not worry this pie from canned apricots. Maybe somewhere and sell in the winter fresh, but not in my city. So came out here.

Cooking
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites with the sugar, add the yolks and beat again. Add lemon zest, lemon juice and dry mixture (flour, starch, rusk, baking powder). Mix thoroughly.
Pour the batter into the form. Put the apricots and bake at 200C for 25 minutes.
On the stove or in the microwave melt the jam and brush to cover the surface of the finished pie. Sprinkle the seeds.
