Fake pasties of marrow 2
Of course this is just of zucchini fritters with fish yield of bread, a favorite in my family dish which does not leave indifferent neither kids nor adults! I changed the recipe, given the reviews chefs, finalized and the result was very pleased, so feel free to share it with you. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    300 g

  • Milk

    350 ml

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Salmon

    350 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    1 Tbsp

  • Pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

Products needed to prepare the dough it is better to weigh and measure out in advance.

Milk slightly warmed, add the yeast and sugar and leave in a warm place. Zucchini RUB on a small grater and throwing in a colander wring out the juice. In a bowl activate the yeast in milk, add zucchini, whipped with a fork egg, parsley, salt and pepper.

Stir and gradually add flour. Keep in mind that in all regions the density of flour is different.

At the last turn to enter the oil and mix. The batter is a little thicker than for ordinary pancakes. Put the dough in a warm place for about 30-40 minutes. I put in a microwave, pre-heating it for a few minutes.

Preferably with tomatoes and herbs. PS by far, with the yeast dough pancakes turn out much tastier, takes less flour to baking them is much easier.
