Crucians in sour cream
A friend of my husband gave us fresh fish, some fried, some cooked with sour cream. If anyone is interested - go!

Ingredients

  • Carp

    3 piece

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Cilantro

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The fish is cleaned, rinse well under running water.

Clean the fish, season with salt and pepper. Tomatoes cut into slices, put in the fish abdomen.
