Cooking

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Dilute 1 tbsp flour milk, pour into the pan, bring to the boil.
Put the pan with machanka for 10 minutes in the oven, then turn off the oven, leaving the pan in the cooling oven for 15 minutes.
For the machanka is possible to submit boiled potatoes, pancakes made from wheat or barley flour or pancakes. For potato pancakes three potato and onion into small (granichnoi) grater.
Remove the excess liquid, add salt, pepper, eggs, 2 tbsp flour.
Fry pancakes until Golden brown in a well heated pan in vegetable oil.
