Eggplant tomato sauce and cheese
Eggplants are very widely used in the cooking of many countries of the world. In the East they are called "vegetables longevity" because of the many useful properties. Often eat this vegetable as food. And be healthy!

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Cheese

Eggplant cut into slices, RUB with salt and leave for 10-15 minutes. Tomatoes peel and finely chop, put in a pan, add the finely chopped onion and grated garlic.
