Cream soup with mushrooms and meat
This is my version of the much popular now a cream-soup from mushrooms. Hope You enjoy, Bon appetite!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    1 kg

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Breast of Turkey

    400 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Dill

In a small saucepan (I have 1.5 l) to boil the broth from the Turkey, sprinkle with salt

Fry the mushrooms, and sprinkle with salt. Separately fry the carrot with the potatoes, sprinkle with salt

In a medium saucepan mix broth with meat, mushrooms, potatoes with carrots, cream. Bring to a boil and add if necessary spices. When all ingredients are ready, grind all the blender.

Add the greens and juice of half a lemon

A few minutes on low heat, and our soup is ready. When serving, decorate with whipped cream. Bon appetit!
