Salad with mushrooms svezhenanesennyj
Mushrooms, marinated thus, produces a much tastier and cheaper than any store and, most importantly, much more useful. You can submit them to the meat, to roast potatoes or in a fasting day – in this light and tasty salad.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parmesan

    60 g

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Mint

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

1. Mix the vinegar with lemon juice. The garlic remove "anger", run it through a press and add to the juice along with salt, sugar and pepper.

2. Gradually, whisking constantly, pour the sunflower oil.

3. The mint leaves finely and add to the marinade.

4. Mushrooms cut into plates of medium thickness.

5. Pour the mushrooms with the marinade and leave at least an hour or overnight.

6. The cherry tomatoes cut in half, an onion cut into thin rings. Lettuce a good wash and dry. Cheese to RUB on a small grater.
