All of You probably remember the good old vitamin salad, which we were fed in childhood. In its composition was the carrot, cabbage and Apple, and refueled it with sour cream. From the point of view of proper nutrition - it was 100% diet and healthy salad. High vitamins with a minimum amount of fat. I suggest You try his new version, which I hope will have everyone's liking.

Cooking
The basis of our lettuce - cabbage, or rather, her 3 types - red, white and Brussels. Just want to mention that if You don't like Brussels sprouts, then replace it with broccoli or cauliflower.
Finely cut white and red cabbage.
Apple is better to take the maximum juicy and slightly sweet, then it will fit perfectly in this salad. Cut it into thin slices.
Bring the water to a boil, pour in the soy sauce. Very glad I was able to cook with salted sauce because it makes this healthy salad super useful :))
Bruselska throw the cabbage into the water and cook until tender (3-4 minutes).
Again bring the water and soy sauce to a boil and send it funchoza.
Funchoza cook for just 2-3 minutes, and then recline in a colander and pour ice water.
All products except the Apple, combine in bowl, add Sauce Kikkoman Salad with sesame seeds. Its taste is just created for such salads :))
We spread our salad on a plate, decorate with apples, sesame seeds and crushed red pepper.
