Cooking
Take the peppers of three colors, wash, peel and seed.
Cut them into 4 parts ("boat"). Filling we will have three types (generally you can dream up).

Add salt, mayonnaise - to taste. The first filling is ready.
Begin to prepare the second stuffing: we will need 3-4 slices of sausage.
Cut the sausage in cubes.
Half cheese RUB on a small grater.
RUB on a small grater half of the remaining eggs.
Add salt, mayonnaise - to taste.
Begin to prepare the third filling: RUB on a small grater remaining cheese.
Cut remnants of chicken breast.
Fresh cucumber cut into cubes.
They do the same with Korean carrot.
And add finely chopped onion.
Salt, add mayonnaise to taste. Well, the stuffing is ready.
Stuffed with salads peppers. It is possible, or rather need, to decorate the appetizer greens, but I have it under hand was not, unfortunately.
