Chocolate sour cream cake with spicy cherry
Simple home cake for a family tea party. Delicious combination of chocolate cakes, sour cream and cherry acidity.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Sour cream

    90 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    30 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Topping pastry

    1 pack

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Cherry

    300 g

  • Cognac

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Soft butter is good to mix with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add eggs, beat well. Gently stir in the sour cream (15%).

Add the cocoa powder. I had 30 grams. For more saturated color and taste, can be doubled.

Add the flour and baking powder. Stir until smooth. Not long to knead.

Divide the dough into two parts. Spread in a greased and floured form. I have a diameter of 20 cm forms to Send in a pre-heated oven. Bake at 180 degrees until ready (check with a splinter).
