Double-layer casserole
Very delicate cheesecake with sour cream filling. I love like cheesecake and make it often. This casserole — we now have a favorite!!. Tender, covered with a layer of sour cream, it will replace even dessert! I'm sure that will appeal to both children and adults. Prepares simple and of the most simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    750 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Cranberry

    1 cup

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Condensed milk

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Put in a bowl the cottage cheese (preferably home), beat the eggs and add the lemon zest.

Add semolina TM Mistral, cranberry.

Pour the cane sugar TM Mistral, stir until smooth.

Put into a form toronyi layer and bake at 180 gr 30 minutes shape Size 25 25, see I Have silicone I smeared.

For sour cream layer, beat the eggs, condensed milk and sour cream 20% fat.

Pour sour cream mixture on cheese layer.

Bake for 20 minutes until tender.
