Salad
My husband and I tried this salad at a Chinese restaurant. Decided to repeat at home what sort of "explanation". The ingredients are different, hence the name. Well, there we have in the Chinese wood mushrooms, shiitake't even find. My 1st recipe on the Pillsbury, do not judge strictly!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame

  • Seasoning

  • Sugar

  • Olive oil

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

Simmer the mushrooms with 1 tsp olive oil until tender, if necessary add some water

Bell pepper cut into large cubes

Cucumber cut into thin plates, each plate cut into 4 pieces (in half lengthwise and crosswise), you can do it with a peeler, I went with a knife

Carrots peel, cut in half, cut same as cucumber (there was a peeler)

Press garlic with the flat side of a knife, finely chop, add to other ingredients

Add the seasoning, mix sugar with soy sauce until dissolved.

Add olive oil, sesame seeds (I pre-roasted on a dry pan), season the salad. Add finely chopped herbs, mix everything. Put into the fridge to infuse for 1-2 hours. The salad is ready! Bon appetit!
