Cooking
To prepare the products. Sift both types of flour. To prepare the sugar. What I did was only out of the fridge, but the cake was a success. To enable the heating of the oven by 180°.
Beat with a mixer eggs with sugar. A few minutes is enough.
Add kefir. Again, lightly beat, just a minute.
Add soda and flavoring, I have orange oil. Whisk and add the flour. My mixer at the first speed tried to scatter all the flour... so I mixed them with a spatula and beat again with mixer.
Beat until smooth. Literally a minute. Here is the dough.
Butter cake pan. Pour the batter into the form.
Bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes to dry skewers. I installed a 170°. Be guided by Your oven! The finished cake to cool on a wire rack.
I just wanted to throw a cupcake in melted chocolate but my chocolate has turned into a tight mass, and I had to add milk. So I poured the cupcake that turned out. And highly recommend to pierce the cake with a skewer at least 20 times and pour the milk with the chocolate.
