Today I want to share with You my favorite recipe. In the pumpkin season I often spoil their loved ones this wonderful dessert bread. The dough is very delicate, supple and pleasant to work. Help yourself and You!

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Flour

    420 g

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

Cooking

Pumpkin cut into pieces and boil until tender (preferably a couple). I cooked it in MV mode "steaming" 30 minutes to Cool.

Fold cooled pumpkin in a bowl and grind in a blender to smooth puree.

In a Cup pour sugar, cinnamon, I added spices for baking. Stir.

Grease hands with vegetable oil, spread the dough on the table, interrupting and roll out into the reservoir (approximately 30 x 40 cm). Grease with melted butter (which goes to the ingredients of the filling).

Pour all the sugar with the cinnamon, fine press hand and cut into 16 pieces.

Loaf pan (about 13 x 22 cm) greased with vegetable oil and fold the pieces like in the photo:

Close the form with the package or film and put for 30 minutes for proofing in a warm place.

Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 40 minutes. Guided by your oven! Here's a handsome we have. Carefully take out the bread from the mold and cooled.
