Thin French pancakes

In a bowl add milk (300 ml), a knob of butter (30 g) vegetable oil (1 tbsp), sugar (2,5 tbsp), salt (a pinch). Put on low heat to melt butter. Then remove from heat.

In a bowl add one egg and two egg yolks.

Beat the eggs in a light foam.

The milk and butter cool to room temperature. Combine milk and beaten eggs.

Gradually, portions add the appropriate amount of flour (100 g)
