Prepare marinade for fish: Lemon juice + Soy sauce + Sugar + Spice baby bundle or a mixture of dried herbs + dried garlic + Olive oil
In this marinade for steak (20 min. or more)
Prepare the marinade for vegetables: Apple cider Vinegar for the marinade vegetables + Soy sauce Defrost the vegetables and cover them with marinade in the container where we are going to bake the fish
Cheese grate on a coarse grater, tomatoes cut in half and cook the parsley leaves
Put the fish on the vegetables, put the halves of tomatoes
Then spread the flour on the tomatoes
Add parsley Sprinkle with grated cheese
Bake in a preheated 180 deg. the oven 30 minutes under a lid (or cover with foil) And 30 minutes without a lid until it will turn brown cheese, Sprinkle with greens and serve
