Royal brass trout on a bed of vegetables
This marinade and the abundance of vegetables gives us a unique touch of aroma and taste of the fish (without using salt), and bake the fish in the oven, you will get nutritious and not greasy dish!

  • Olive oil

  • Vinegar

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Parsley

  • Cheese

  • Lecho

Prepare marinade for fish: Lemon juice + Soy sauce + Sugar + Spice baby bundle or a mixture of dried herbs + dried garlic + Olive oil

Prepare the marinade for vegetables: Apple cider Vinegar for the marinade vegetables + Soy sauce Defrost the vegetables and cover them with marinade in the container where we are going to bake the fish

Cheese grate on a coarse grater, tomatoes cut in half and cook the parsley leaves

Put the fish on the vegetables, put the halves of tomatoes
