Dumplings with mushrooms
Delicious, I tell you, get the dumplings!!!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Onion

    1 piece

Cooking

Soak the mushrooms, pouring them with boiling water. (The broth then you can add when cooking). Once the mushrooms are soft (for me it took 7 minutes), take out and dry.

Grind in a meat grinder the mushrooms and onions.

Mix with minced meat (I only cook myself, I have it is put up in the freezer, so that every time not to bother), adding pepper and salt to taste.
