My husband and I bought after thoroughly cleansing the entrails and left well-washed. Fill a pot with water, drop the tripe, put on fire, bring to boil, remove the foam, add Bay leaf, pepper, salt, mix of herbs. Cook 2 hours on slow fire.
Onion peeled, cut into thin half rings, marinate in vinegar for 15 minutes.
Add the finely chopped garlic.
To add to the tripe pickled onions, mix well.
In a frying pan lightly fry the sesame seeds, add to the tripe.
In a pan with oil to warm the spices.
Pour oil and spices, add soy sauce, mix well. Let stand in the refrigerator for a couple hours.
