  • Shrimp

  • Lettuce

  • Avocado

  • Vinegar

Avocado cleaned, cut in half, remove the pit and cut pulp cubes. Grapefruit peel (reserve one half for dressing), remove film and cut into small pieces. If you have decided to add a chili pepper (this time I did not add it), cut it to length, remove seeds and cut into half rings.

Defrost shrimp and remove the dark intestine. Take the prepared salad, cut or tear the hands. Add the grapefruit, shrimp, chili pepper and the pulp of avocado. Carefully stir.

Prepare the dressing. Squeezing the juice of half a grapefruit and mix with two tablespoons of vinegar, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. All mix well and add olive oil.
