Not a very usual combination of ingredients, but the taste did not disappoint - the salad quickly "gone" from the table. The freshness of the apples, the sharpness of the radish and salad dressings, satiety of potatoes - this salad can be served instead of a side dish.

Potatoes boil "in uniform" in salted water, let cool slightly, peel them and cut lengthwise into 4-6 pieces.
At the same time you can prepare the salad dressing: onion peel, finely chop, pour the broth, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the mustard, vinegar, salt to taste and lots of black pepper. Buriram with an immersion blender. Add vegetable oil, stir. In hot filling, immersion, prepared potatoes and leave for an hour. Periodically during this time, the potatoes, gently stir.
Arugula wash, dry, chop, add to the cooled potatoes.
Clean radishes cut into thin slices, add to the salad.
Apples are cleaned, cut into 4 pieces, then into thin plastics. Add to the salad.
All the vegetables, gently stir, taste for salt-pepper, if necessary, added. The salad is ready. Welcome to the table!
