Cooking
The recipe is simple. I'll note that doing a double. So, first, beat the butter with the sugar.
Then one by one add eggs, continue whisking.
Now, add the milk, orange zest and orange juice (I got about 180 ml of juice for dual-rate test).
Enter the sifted flour and baking powder. You can do this in the manual or on the lowest speed with a mixer. Long dough whisk is not necessary. It turns out very tender.
About 2/3 of the dough spread over the cups...
... add in the remaining tablespoon of cocoa, sifting it, and stir. Then just place it on top of light dough. Bake muffins in a preheated 170 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes.
