Rustic Galeta with plums
Recipes biscuits many, but I dare to show you another one. Tasty, simple, beautiful!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Drain

    300 g

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cookies

    3 piece

  • Cinnamon

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

To start the test. In a food processor put cold butter cut into pieces, sugar and flour. Add water and whisk. You should get dough. Attention, water and flour may take more or less.

The dough roll into a ball and place in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

The oven heated to 180 degrees. Lay a sheet of baking paper on the table. On the paper, roll the dough out to 5 mm thick. To move the paper with the dough on a baking sheet. Biscuits finely crumble and spread on the dough.

From plums remove the seeds, cut them in slices and lay on the cookie, leaving a rim of about 3-4 cm.

Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. The edges of the dough fold over the filling. The top of the dough grease with water and sprinkle with sugar. Bake about 45-55 minutes until cooked and Golden. Time may vary, watch for yourself.

For the test I took sugar "Mistral small", and for the filling and topping - "Mistral Demerara."
