Fruit cake without sugar
In the list of ingredients of this Kaka you will find no sugar, no flour, no butter. Sugar we will replace the fruits, flour, almonds and oatmeal. It struck me that baking does not work fresh. Warmed the oven up to 180 degrees. 2 apples and 1 banana grind in a blender into a puree.

Whisk 4 protein.

Separately whisk 2 eggs, add vanilla (vanillin, vanilla essence...), fruit puree and a Cup of almond flour mixed with baking powder. Stir with a mixer on low speed. I'm not buying prepared almond flour. Regular almonds, I poured water so that it just covered the nuts, put on fire. As soon as the water starts to boil, remove the saucepan from the fire, poured the hot water and pour cold. The skin is cleaned very easily. Then I leave the almonds to dry (or dried in the oven) and was milled in a coffee grinder.

Turn off the mixer and add the remaining banana, sliced, raisins and dried cranberries. Stir with a spatula in a circular motion from bottom to top. You can add pieces of dark chocolate.

Vystelim form (I have a length of 28 cm) pastry paper and put the mixture. Bake for approximately 50 minutes.
