Cooking
Prepare your ingredients. (The amount of honey and almond are approximate).
Let's get started. With a sharp knife peel the oranges and cut the peel in the form of straw.
Almonds, pour boiling water, leave for 10 minutes. The orange peel is placed in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil, remove from heat and filtered. Repeat the procedure (each time pouring cold water) 4-5 times. This is done in order to eliminate the bitterness. Squeeze in the lemon zest and spread out to dry on the fabric.
Until zest dries, pour the hot water from the almonds and pour cold. With nuclei remove the skin and fry. Shred with a knife into pieces.
Now, take any tank, put in her zest, a little squeeze her and note the level. Exactly the same we need honey.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom, put the honey. Heated it on low heat, add orange zest. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently (and watching not to burn) until the peel has absorbed all the honey. This procedure takes ~15-20 minutes.
When almost all the honey is absorbed, add almonds and mix thoroughly.
Allow to cool and treat!!!
