Spinach soup
Useful and easy soup. It turns out the liquid. You can replace the cream with milk with yogurt or sour cream with water.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Cream

    250 g

  • Water

    1 l

  • Spinach

    400 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

In boiling salted water, add thawed spinach (if no, throw frozen).

While the spinach cooks, mix the Egg with cream. Whisk for 1-2 minutes.

Add the mixture to the spinach ( in a pan). Bring to the boil and allow to simmer for 1 minutes ( be Sure to stir UNTIL boiling and while boiling, as the spinach is trying to escape back to the bed )))

Leave to cool. If the flavor of spinach you neprilysin can be added to soup sour and spicy flavors.
