Cooking
Boil soaked the beans overnight.
Onions chop and fry in vegetable oil.
Grind walnuts. Finely chop the greens (I have parsley).
Add to the pan the walnuts and chopped parsley.
Squeeze the garlic and pour over the lemon juice. Add a tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir and allow to cool. Bon appetit.
