Omelet in Korean
In Korea, the omelet is served as an appetizer to the main dish. This simple simple recipe given to me by my mother's mother, my grandmother. And I'm happy to share with you!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Water

    30 ml

  • Salt

    3 g

  • Green onions

    1 sprig

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Whisk three eggs, add water and salt

Heat a skillet, brush with vegetable oil

Put into the pan the egg mixture and make a pancake

As soon as I grab a pancake, put it on the edge a sprig of green onions and roll roll the egg pancake. Instead of onions you can put any greens or a strip of ham or roasted beef.

Roll, move to the edge of the pan. Again, coat the pan with oil and pour the egg mixture remaining space in the pan, again roll the meat, and continue thus until all the mixture do not forget to grease the pan with oil.
