Cooking
Cabbage divided into florets. Boil water in a pot and boil the cauliflower florets for 7 minutes. Rinse with cold water and let it drain. Flour mixed with mustard powder. Breadcrumbs put in a separate plate.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater, to measure the required amount of milk.

In a skillet melt 2 tbsp of butter, add the flour and mustard powder, mix that would avoid lumps.
Remove from heat, add room temperature milk and knead until smooth. Return to fire and boil 2 minutes until thick.
Remove from heat the sauce and add 2/3 of the grated cheese, season with salt and pepper, stir. The rest of the cheese mixed with the breadcrumbs.
Pour the sauce over the cabbage.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese. Cook under grill, about 10 minutes.
