Canapés with liver sausage
This original, eye-catching appetizer will decorate the holiday table! You can prepare the day before, and cut and arrange in day of a holiday. I invite you to try it!

Ingredients

  • Bread

  • Sausage

    300 g

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Mayonnaise

    50 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    30 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Spices

Liver sausage mash, mix with butter and mayonnaise (I prefer mayonnaise "Maheev" Provencal with lemon juice). Finely chop the onion, pepper and cucumber
