Green pate
I want to offer you essentially the generic pate. It is suitable for vegetarians, fasting (because it does not contain dairy products, eggs and butter) or simply wish to expand your menu! After all, it's interesting, unhackneyed!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    200 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Mint

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

Potatoes clean, cut into small cubes and boil in salted water until tender.

Green peas (preferably, of course, use fresh but I have frozen) in boiling salted water and cook for 3-5 minutes. Drain in a colander.

Avocado cut in half, remove the seeds and peel. Cut into small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Potatoes, peas, avocado, garlic put in a blender, add the mint and salt, carefully grind.
