Paprikash with chicken and apples
When I don't have time, but I want to dinner something tasty, I use a slow cooker. And I want to offer one of my favorite quick and delicious recipes - paprikash. I cook it with apples, which really ennoble the taste, give the juiciness and incredible flavor. Of course, this dish can be cooked on the stove.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    750 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Paprika sweet

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    150 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Salt

Cooking

Onion peeled, cut into large slices.

Peppers wash. Cut in half, remove the core. Cut into large squares.

Wash tomatoes, cut into wedges.

Wash the apples, remove the core, cut into slices.

Parsley wash, dry, chop not very finely.

Chicken breast wash, dry, cut into small pieces.

To include in multivarka mode "Control", setting temperature of 160 degrees. Pour into the bowl of the slow cooker 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, heat.

In hot oil add the chicken pieces and fry on all sides until Golden brown for 5-10 minutes. Put fried chicken on the dish.

Add to bowl of slow cooker 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Add the onion and fry it for 3 minutes.

Then add bell pepper and sauté 2 minutes.

Add the flour, sweet paprika, mix well and fry for 2 minutes.

Then add tomatoes, fry 5 minutes.

Add the cream, mix well, return the chicken, add salt and pepper to taste, again mix well. Close the lid multivarki and cook in the "Control" at a temperature of 110 degrees for 30 minutes.

15 minutes before the end of extinguishing add the apples. If you have apples are soft or crumbly, then add them together better with parsley 5 minutes before readiness, so they are not overcooked.
