Chicken roll with green beans and mustard
My first chicken roll. Very worried that will not work, but in vain! My chief taster recipe endorsed and praised 8 =) Now I fillings to experiment.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    600 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Basil

Frozen peppers and beans added water and put in microwave on high, for 5 minutes. You can just pepper chop, fry in a pan until tender, the beans to boil.

Chicken fillet recapture. Put on a film overlap. Really use a sushi Mat.

In mustard, squeeze the garlic, spread this mixture on chicken and season with salt.

Processed cheese to grate. Well before this would be a bit to freeze it.. I forgot...

Gently roll the roulade and tie with wet threads, sprinkle with mustard seeds. Spread on a baking sheet with foil, greased. Bake at 180-200*C until Golden brown about 20 minutes.
