Warm salad of green lentils with spinach

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Spinach

    100 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The lentils soak for an hour in cold water. Rinse, fill with water to barely cover it, and boil for 30 minutes. As will become soft finish.
