Cooking
For a start go into the woods, gather our mushrooms and let them soak for a day in the basin. The water should shut the mushrooms completely
After you need to wash and clean (remove the controversy from the bottom, peel the hat from the ground and leaves, cut out all the ugliness). If you have mushrooms, just rinse well.
Put water on the fire, cut mushrooms not very finely, as they're boiled, boil the mushrooms for 5 minutes, drain off water. Again pour water, add salt, continue to cook for 30 minutes.
Peel potatoes, cut as you like.
Send the potatoes to the mushrooms. Fry the onion in vegetable oil, add to soup. Cook for another 10-15 minutes.
The soup is ready, collect friends, entertained.
Don't forget to chop the greens and add a spoonful of sour cream.
