Description

A pecan roll with banana
Sponge roll with cream and banana. Very delicate taste and, most importantly, it is easy to cook.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Chocolate milk

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Separate the yolks from the whites. The whisk yolks with 4 tbsp sugar.

To the beaten yolks add flour and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, beat egg whites to a solid foam. The dough carefully enter the beaten egg whites.

Baking tray lay a baking paper and brush with oil. Pour into baking pan the dough and flatten. Put in oven preheated to 180 C, and bake for 10 - 12 minutes until Golden brown.

To prepare the cream: whip the cream with 4 tbsp of sugar and put the cream in the refrigerator. When cake is ready, remove from the oven, remove the paper and immediately wrapped in a towel.

When the cake has cooled, turn the cake, grease cream. Bananas peel and put on the cream.

Gently roll the roulade. Melt the chocolate and spread it over the loaf. Put in the refrigerator before serving.
