Soup
This recipe I got from mother-in-law. Very easy to prepare, hearty, tasty, unusual, out of ordinary products. Hotelu with beef, but beef stew (a good alternative in the country). Cook in a slow cooker-for a gardener it is an indispensable thing.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    250 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Barley groats

    0.7 cup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

Cooking

Sauté onions and carrots in vegetable oil (can be without frying)

Add coarsely chopped potatoes, barley groats, cut into pieces of beef (I had a ready-made broth), salt, black pepper

Pour water to the last mark and turn on "Quenching" for 1 hour (I have a powerful multivarka-Redmond)

In 10-15 minutes before the end of cooking add the garlic and parsley.
