Cooking

step-0
On the "baking" in the slow cooker in 5 minutes
step-1
melt the butter.
step-2
Prepare the dough for the pie: mix in a bowl the butter and sour cream.
step-3
Small portions add the sifted flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and knead the dough as long as possible.
step-4
Then put the prepared dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
step-5
Prepare the filling: cottage cheese mixed with sugar and eggs.
step-6
Add sour cream and vanilla sugar, whisk the mass with a mixer until the perfect creamy consistency.
step-7
Take the dough out of the fridge and distribute it in the bowl of a slow cooker, making it a bottom with high sides so that the stuffing could leak out. Bumpers ~ 4 see the bowl I made long strips of paper, in order to better extract the finished cake. You don't have to do. The idea I picked up from dianа1616 (Svetlana), for which her thank you from a beginner to master a slow cooker, ie me.
step-8
In the bowl of dough pour cheese filling and spread on top of cut the slices of plum.
step-9
Set the mode "Pastries". Machine set 45 min + 15 min I added and 60 min.
step-10
After baking the pie for another hour remains in slow cooker mode "heating". The slow cooker is then opened and the cake remains in it until cool. I use paper took the cake early.
step-11
To complement such an excellent cheesecake dessert using fresh fruit, melted chocolate, candied, jam, or berries. I made the cherry sauce: a teaspoon of potato starch dilute in 2 tbsp of cold water. 3 tbsp jam mixed with 1/3 Cup. water and put to heat on the stove. A little heated and add in a thin stream starch. Cook 5 minutes until thick, stirring constantly. The sauce is ready!
step-12
Pour the cooled cake on top of sauce and serve. This is my first cake in a slow cooker. Really tasty and really tender pie. All enjoy your tea!
