This is a Georgian dish. I was taught to do it my friend Khatuna. The secret is that the chicken should be fried without oil.

Cooking
Kuru cut into small pieces and on strongly heated pan fry them WITHOUT OIL! Turning constantly to avoid burning, broil 15 min.
Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove peel and cut into cubes, add the tomato paste and pour into the frying pan to the meat. Reduce heat and cook for 10 min.
On the other pan with butter and fry until Golden brown the finely chopped onion. Add the onion to the chicken with the tomatoes, cover and simmer for 30 min.
Then add the wine, melkorublenoy herbs and seasoning and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Serve with rice or potatoes. Bon appetit!
