Spicy makaroshki
Delicious and original makaronchiki in a delicate onion sauce and cheese. My old recipe, very delicious!!!!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    0.333 cup

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Pear

    1 can

  • Ham

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Finely chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil.

Add flour, mix well and fry for about 1 min. Add milk and , stirring, bring to a boil, add salt and pepper.

Cheese grate on a grater (I'm in the blender shredded)

Add half of the cheese in the onion-milk mixture, stirring, allowing the cheese to melt.

Boil the pasta and recline them in a colander.

Ham and pear cut into cubes.

Mix the pasta with ham and pear.

Take a baking dish, spread to our makaroshki, pour all the onion and cheese sauce.

On top of all sprinkle with grated cheese(the remaining half).

Ship all in the oven. At 200-220 degrees and bake about 30 minutes until a beautiful Golden crust.
