Ingredients

Any piece of beef or any other meat to prepare. That is, to wash and remove excess.

Take plastic wrap (bezrybe and a plastic bag will do), put the meat between two layers of film. Not very zealous, slightly repel,

Finely chop the parsley and put on top of the stuffing with the second layer.
