Dessert plum with cottage cheese
If you love plum jelly and cottage cheese... Go! For the contest "sweet taste of summer"

Ingredients

  • Drain

    500 g

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Condensed milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

Cooking

Plum wash,remove seeds,fill with sugar

grind in a blender and RUB through a sieve

soak gelatine in cold boiled water and give to swell in a water bath or on low heat to melt gelatin(do not boil)strain.

In the plum puree add the whites

And whisk in the lush mass (ideally, it is best to beat the cold),then a thin stream pour gelatin, stirring constantly

Pour into glasses,kremanka...put in refrigerator to harden(I put in the freezer)

Curd,condensed milk,sugar(to taste)mix in blender

Spread on frozen jelly,again plum puree to cool and so on...

The last layer should be of jelly.
