Cheese puffs
Especially good pastry, which does not require much effort, never fails and always turns out! Despite the fact that these buns are yeast, cook them very simply!)

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Milk

    160 ml

  • Butter

    15 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.75 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

1. When working with yeast it is important to remember that they love the heat, but too hot milk will kill them. Comfortable temperature for them is 35 to 37 degrees!!! 100 ml of milk, slightly warm up 1 tsp of sugar, add the yeast, stir (the yeast should dissolve) and leave in a warm place.

2. In milk, the bubbles will appear.

3. Pour the remaining warm milk, add salt, remaining sugar.

4. Add 2\3 parts of sifted flour.

5. Knead the dough, gradually adding the softened butter and remaining flour.

6. The dough will be elastic and slightly stick to hands.

7. Place the dough in a warm place until the volume increases 2 times (1-2 hours). Approaching divide the dough into 7 pieces and on a floured table, flatten each piece into an oval pellet.

8. The bottom part of the oval place the sliced cubes of cheese, and the free half of the dough make a longitudinal incisions (as pictured). Roll the pellet in the form of loose rolls. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it with vegetable oil, put the rolls and let them stand for 15 minutes. Grease pies egg and bake at 180-200 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven, brush the patties with vegetable oil and let cool.

9. You can cook these pies with different fillings! I have to do: 1. with cheese 2. cheese + olives 3. rice, egg and green onions
