The recipe for these cupcakes was posted in 2009 by user Anna 20 and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Very airy and delicious cupcakes. Lovers of cheese cakes will appreciate!

Cooking
Immediately say, that cooked half from this norm. Pour boiling water over raisins
Curd grind with a blender
Butter, sugar and beat eggs
Add the ricotta and zest of half a lemon, beat
Stir in the flour, baking powder and raisins
Molds lubricated with oil. Spread the dough considering the fact that it is very well raised, and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes (until dry matches)
To prepare glaze, grind cranberries using a blender, add sugar and cook until thick. Cover the cooled cupcakes with frosting
