Cooking
Milk slightly warm, add 2 tbsp. sugar and yeast packet.
In a large bowl pour 3 cups of flour and cut margarine.
Margarine carefully to grind with the flour to get that's the sort of "fatty" meal with small lumps. If you see that the dough is too thick, mix in more flour, rubbed the dough should be quite crumbly.
Now our "fat" flour add milk with yeast and mix the dough at first will be somewhat watery, add more flour until the dough ceases to stick to hands.
Knead thoroughly, it turns out a nice ball and does not stick to hands, pleasant to oshup oil as the bun!
Tear off a piece, make a ball, then roll out...
... as possible, round and thin. Cut into 8 pieces.
With a wide hand spread the filling - I have a marmalade, a very ordinary, inexpensive.
If you want small bagels, cut the jelly into 4 parts.
Turn starting from the widest part.
Separately whisk with a fork 2 eggs and a pinch of vanilla sugar, dip each croissant in this mixture,
spread on protoni, sprinkle a little sugar in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
It turns out a lot of small, one bite each, air-puff, flavored bagels!
