Rice salad
Everyone knows a salad of rice and canned fish. I've decided to modify a little and cook the rice with the other components. This dish can be a salad, but if you replace the gas station, it will act as a garnish, and as a separate dish.

Ingredients

    0.5 cup

  • The chicken legs

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Celery root

    50 g

  • Green onions

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

boil the chicken with spices(I take herbs for birds Kamis,granulated garlic,salt,pepper). In the same broth boiled rice

celery cut into strips

mushrooms fry(+salt,pepper) and add to celery,stew all together for 10 minutes.

the legs are finely chopped.Mix all the ingredients,if necessary add salt.

green onions finely chopped and in a salad.Mayonnaise or your favorite dressing.
